What is Summit & Sage?
Summit & Sage is a private practice offering therapy, executive coaching, leadership programs, and organizational consulting. The work is grounded in clinical insight, leadership science, and recovery-aware principles.
How do I know which service is right for me?
If you are seeking support for mental health, trauma, recovery, or emotional integration, therapy is typically the right path.
If you are seeking leadership development, professional clarity, or organizational support, coaching or consulting is the better fit.
If you’re unsure, you’re welcome to reach out and we can clarify together.
Do therapy and coaching overlap?
No. Therapy and coaching are distinct services with different purposes and boundaries. You may engage in both at different times, but not concurrently.
Therapy
Who is eligible for therapy at Summit & Sage?
Therapy is currently available to adults residing in California and is provided virtually through secure, HIPAA-compliant platforms.
Will therapy be available in Colorado?
Yes. Licensure in Colorado is in progress. Once approved, therapy will be available to Colorado residents virtually and in person.
What issues do you work with in therapy?
Therapy commonly supports trauma and stress injury, recovery-informed care, moral injury, identity and relationship integration, anxiety, emotional regulation, and second-curve life transitions.
Do you provide crisis services?
No. Summit & Sage does not provide emergency or crisis services. If you are in crisis, please contact local emergency resources or call 988 for immediate support.
Coaching
Who is executive coaching for?
Coaching is designed for senior leaders, executives, emerging leaders, founders, and professionals preparing for their next chapter. The work supports leadership identity, steadiness, and clarity under responsibility.
What is the Hybrid Executive™ approach?
Hybrid Executive™ reflects an integrated leadership approach that honors both professional responsibility and personal sustainability; supporting clarity, alignment, and presence across the whole life of a leader.
Is coaching available nationwide?
Yes. Coaching and consulting services are available nationwide and internationally.
Organizational Consulting
What types of organizations do you work with?
Summit & Sage works with mission-driven organizations, leadership teams, federal and military environments, nonprofits, and organizations navigating cultural or strategic transitions.
Do you offer team workshops or retreats?
Yes. Leadership Alignment Retreats and team intensives are available and customized to organizational needs.
Practical
Do you offer in-person sessions?
In-person sessions will be available in Colorado once licensure is approved. Coaching and consulting may be offered virtually or in person depending on location and availability.
Do you accept insurance?
No. Therapy is private pay only. Coaching and consulting are not clinical services and are not eligible for insurance reimbursement.
What are your fees?
Fees vary by service and are discussed directly during the consultation or intake process. Because services are tailored, pricing is not listed publicly.
