• Virtual therapy for residents of California

• Therapy for Colorado residents will be available once Colorado licensure is approved

• Therapy is limited to jurisdictions where Summit & Sage holds an active clinical license

4. Coaching and Consulting Privacy

Coaching and consulting services are not clinical services and are not covered by HIPAA.
However, Summit & Sage treats coaching and consulting communications with professional discretion and respect.

Coaching and consulting information is kept private, but:

• It is not stored in clinical systems

• It is not governed by health privacy law

• It does not fall under HIPAA protections

• It may use standard business communication channels

Clients using these services should not submit clinical or therapy-related information through coaching or consulting pathways.
